  Approach with Caution Made a appointment to go in and see some diamonds after having spoken over email and phone. Was told he had a few diamonds that met my criteria of what I was looking for. After booking half a days holiday to go and see them. I was very disappointed with the quality. After pressing him to see the GIA certificate I found out that the fluorescence levels where extremely high - and his response was you will only notice it if you go clubbing. On further review the diamond wasn't what he proposed it to be. When I questioned him he just said for your budget this is what you can afford. When I challenged him and told him I had other quotes he implied I was lying. If you are going to buy stones from him make sure you see the Certificate
